Can I cancel my order?
After making a purchase, customers have 24 hours to request a cancellation – we will happily process a full refund if the request is made within this period. Beyond this 24-hour window, your order will have entered production and can no longer be cancelled or modified, except for shipping address changes. To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@swiftjetusa.com as soon as possible.

How long you take to process an order?
All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 1-2 business days. All orders placed after 04:00 p.m. (PST) will start to process the next business day.
How long does delivery take?
Transit time varies with the shipping method you select:
- Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days (Mon-Fri)
- Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days (Mon-Fri)
- Priority Shipping: 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri)
How much will shipping cost me?
Shipping charges depend on the method you select. Standard shipping is free for all orders.

Return & Refund
How long do I have to return a product?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How long does it usually take to get my refund processed?
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Do you offer Exchanges?
We are currently not offering direct exchanges. Want a different product? Simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
